Se amate Norah Jones, Melody Gardot, Madeleine Peyroux ed Eva Cassidy, Ambrosia Parsley fa per Voi. Elegante, raffinata, profonda. Ambrosia Parsley è in grado di affascinare con la sua musica. E, anche se questo è il suo primo disco, la giovane cantante è già in grado di dire la sua. Canzoni come My Knees, Rubble e l'ironica Make Me Laugh, sono in grado di fare la differenza.

Siamo nel 1993 e Petty è ormai molto famoso, a livello mondiale, ed il ritorno a casa è, a dire poco, trionfale. Un concerto formidabile, per la prima volta presentato nella sua interezza. Inciso benissimo, il concerto presenta ben 25 canzoni: oltre ai classci abbiamo una bella serie di covers. Ballad of Easy Rider (Byrds), Rainy Day Woman n 12 & 35, Psychotic Reaction (Count Five), Something In The Air (THunderclap Newman) ed anche alcune canzoni poco note (Ben's Boogie, Take Out Some Insurance, Alright For Now, etc). Rocker, ma con forti radici nel suono Americana, è stato scoperto e prodotto da Dave Cobb, il produttore migliore, in questo momento, in Usa. L'uomo che ha prodotto Chris Stapleton e Sturgill Simpson, senza contare uno come Jamey Johnson. Lopez, bella voce, sa anche scrivere ed il disco, Onward, suona fresco, pulito, diretto. Una bella sorpresa, Poche pretese e belle canzoni. Lopez ha la stoffa per diventare qualcuno.
