Secondo lavoro come solista per l'ex Hot Tuna. Falzarano si esibisce con diversi ospiti, che variano da una canzone all'altra. Infatti appaiono nel disco musicisti noti e meno noti: Kane Daily ( che suona nella bella The Night King Curtis Died ), Josh Colow, Professor Louie, Vassar Clements, Kerry Kearney, Alexis Suter, Jason Crosby, Barry Mitterhoff etc. Il blues secondo Michael Falzarano.

Keith Richards & The X-Pensive Winos, super band composta da Waddy Wachtel ( chitarra), Steve Jordan (batteria), Charley Drayton ( basso), Ivan Neville (tastiere), dalla cantante Sarah Dash e dall'inimitabile sassofonista, Bobby Keys. Durante il concerto, registrato il 15 Dicembre 1988 all'Hollywood Palladium,la band ha eseguito, tra le altre, Time is on My Side, Happy, Locked Away, Make No Mistake. 17 canzoni in totale, tra cui 3 inedite ( I Wanna Be Your Man, Little T&A e You Don't Move Me ).
